Blair Hoffman
Chief Security & Compliance Officer
Blair Hoffman has been with BEC since day one, bringing a steady, no-nonsense presence shaped by her early studies in criminology at Drexel. Originally planning a career in law enforcement, she shifted paths at Crystal’s urging and became the company’s first employee and most trusted confidant. With a background in organizational psychology and over a decade of experience leading talent development initiatives across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, she brings a thoughtful, people-first perspective to BEC’s culture and operations. Before joining BEC, he managed international infrastructure programs at AECOM, where his calm precision under pressure earned him a reputation as the ultimate problem-solver. Here at BEC, Ellis ensures every project runs like clockwork - because for him, details aren’t just important, they’re everything.

Finch brings an unmatched blend of creativity and calculation to BEC’s tech strategy. A former government auditor who later joined KPMG’s forensic accounting practice, she built her career uncovering hidden patterns, financial anomalies, and structural vulnerabilities others overlook. Skylar Ward
VP of Events, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
Born in Sussex and raised stateside, Skylar brings a global perspective and the kind of foresight that can only come from experience. After managing crisis logistics during a major corporate disaster early in her career, she became obsessed with preparedness. Now as BEC’s London-based VP of EMEA, she’s the first to arrive, the last to leave, and somehow always prepared for the apocalypse - or a global summit, depending on the day.

Jules’ background in journalism might not seem like the most logical path to leading event coordination across North, South, and Central America, but his instinct to examine every angle has become his greatest asset. A relentless fact-checker by nature and a strategist by habit, Jules approaches each project with the precision of a reporter chasing a lead - and the quiet conviction that there’s always more to the story.

Scouted straight out of Carnegie Mellon by Ms. Lane-Chase herself, Cierra Carlisle quickly became one of BEC’s most indispensable team members. Originally recognized for her top performance in national cybersecurity and capture-the-flag competitions, she brought a rare blend of technical savvy and operational precision to the executive suite. In just two years, she’s become the trusted conduit for everything from high-level client coordination to the CEO’s most confidential communications - earning a reputation for discretion, speed, and quiet brilliance.
Dorian Bates
Intern
They used to call him the "Kid from Calabasas." After dominating the competitive surfing scene in sunny California, winning the Malibu Classic Invitational a recording 7 times in a row, Dorian decided his adventure seeking should take a new turn in the business world and joined the BEC team. As our newest member, Dorian, has already settled in, successfully planning the first ever BEC hang-gliding outing.
